shipping policies

Our shipping hours are Mon.- Fri. from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm PST. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

All orders ship out within 48 hours.

During sales/promotions/ holidays, shipping time will vary.

Once the order is processed and given to the shipping company shipping is out of our hands.

CB Wig Cleaners is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any carrier delays.

Incorrect billing and/or shipping information provided by the customer will result in delays.

CB Wig Cleaners is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen.

Refunds nor credit will be issued refunds regarding these matters.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Our warehouse will be closed on the following days. No items will be shipped on these days.
These days will not count as a business day.

January 1 - New Year’s Day
January 20 - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday
February 17 - Washington’s Birthday
May 25 - Memorial Day
July 4 - Independence Day
September 7 - Labor Day
October 12 - Columbus Day
November 11- Veterans Day
November 26 - Thanksgiving Day
December 25 - Christmas Day

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
For your protection, ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE!
A signature will be required for your orders to be delivered. Please double-check the address you are entering. We will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays.  

We cannot change the address if your order is already processed or shipped. We can only wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with a new tracking number.
